How nice of you to order from us! Therefore, we want to make it as pleasant as possible. When you place the order, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us. This allows you to track your package so you know exactly when to expect it. We have a good agreement with PostNL, so they will make sure you receive your package on time. In the ordering process, you can specify what may happen to your package if you are not home anyway. This may be that we deliver it to your neighbors, that it will be offered again or that you prefer to pick it up at a collection point.
Ordered on the weekend?
Then it will take a little longer for you to receive your package. On weekdays only, “ordered before 11:30 p.m., delivered tomorrow. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped on Monday. This means you will receive your package on Tuesday.
Address entered incorrectly?
There is nothing more we can do about that, unfortunately. Our ordering process is fully automated so that we can deliver the package as quickly as possible. If something did go wrong while filling out your address and the package is returned to us as a return shipment, we may charge shipping costs for that. Providing the correct delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. Indeed, this case does not involve a return for the purposes of cooling-off period. This was figured out by Thuiswinkel.org’s legal counsel.
