Register your product in the return process, then you will receive a unique code from us and you can use it to place your new order. This way, the item can be returned free of charge and you can place a new order with the desired item.

Our packages are handed over to the postal service with care. They make every effort to deliver the packages on time. If this is not the case you can contact us. (In case of not delivering on time Speedcube.nl is not liable, after handing over this is in the hands of the carrier).

No, this unfortunately does not work. Our inventory system is fully automated. This means that the order is processed immediately. This also allows us to have such a short delivery time.

With all opened packages, with the plastic film removed (not in all cases) and with all used products. There is a warranty only for manufacturing defects. Thus, this does not apply if the product disappoints or does not run smoothly.

Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund of the price difference.

All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.

No, we do not charge the customer for any payment method.
