My package was not delivered on time, now what?

Our packages are handed over to the postal service with care. They make every effort to deliver the packages on time. If this is not the case you can contact us. (In case of not delivering on time Speedcube.nl is not liable, after handing over this is in the hands of the carrier).

Can I still change the order I have already placed?

No, this unfortunately does not work. Our inventory system is fully automated. This means that the order is processed immediately. This also allows us to have such a short delivery time.
