Are you happily working on your puzzle when you realize a piece is missing? That’s super frustrating, of course. But don’t worry—we’ve got some handy tips here that will hopefully help you find the missing piece. Start by searching thoroughly on the floor around where you laid out the puzzle. Sometimes the piece can end up there unnoticed, especially if the puzzle has been moved. Is it possible that your cat took it? In that case, the piece could be anywhere in the house, turning it into a real Sherlock Holmes mission.
If you are absolutely certain that the piece is not in your home, you can always contact us and send us a photo of the entire puzzle, in which the missing piece is clearly visible. That way, we can submit a request to the manufacturer on your behalf to request the missing piece. We understand that you’d like to get back to putting the puzzle together as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that the process may take a few weeks. This is because many of our manufacturers are based overseas.
