Ordering and Delivery

Can I still make changes to my order?

No, unfortunately that's not possible. Our inventory system is fully automated. However, this also means that your order is processed immediately, so you can enjoy your new items in a flash!

My package wasn't delivered on time. What should I do?

Our packages are handed over to the postal service with care. They do everything they can to deliver the packages on time. If this is not the case, please contact us. (Speedcube.nl is not liable for late deliveries; once the packages have been handed over, responsibility lies with the carrier.)

My tracking information isn't working. What should I do?

It may sometimes take a little longer for the code to become active. If it is still not visible after 11:30 p.m., please send an email to [email protected]
