Are you new to cubing or a beginner?

Pops and Expolsians are not covered by the warranty.

So be careful when making your first turns.

Tighten the cube if necessary.

Returns are accepted only for fully assembled cubes.

There are two types of “pops” in cubing:

 -Pops – Een enkel stuk (of een paar stukjes) valt uit de kubus.

-Explosions – the entire cube falls apart, leaving you with a pile of pieces.

Note: This can happen with a brand-new cube when you solve it for the first time. It's always a good idea to make a few slow turns and check the cube's tension.

In both cases, you might get a little frustrated and confused about how to put it back together.

Als je kubus is ontploft en je een stapel stukken overhoudt of als je kubus is gesprongen en er een enkel stuk of een paar stukjes uit zijn gekomen, laat het ons weten dan kunnen wij een instructie filmpje toesturen.

Please note: If a piece breaks, we will replace that piece, not the entire cube.
