Het grondaanvalsvliegtuig Jaguar werd in de jaren 1960 gecreëerd door de Franse en Britse luchtvaartindustrie en diende tot de jaren 2000 bij de Royal Air Force. Met turbojetmotoren die Mach 1,6 konden bereiken, werd het ingezet op complexe missies in onder andere de Balkan en Irak. De T2 tweezits trainer werd gebruikt voor RAF piloten om te leren vliegen met dit vliegtuig en kon ook grondaanvallen uitvoeren met een 30mm Aden kanon.
